Will be accountable to quantity and quality of calls to be made on daily basis.

Job Description                                                                                                                                           Should be fluent in communication in languages

     - Hindi, Tamil,Kannada any one more South Indian Langage & English.

* Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
* Should call and convince customers
* Should clear any querries the customers may ask
* Should accurately capture the result of the call and enter in computer
* Should intelligently handle objections / reservations of customers  

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support over phone in insurance domain
Should have performed well in earlier assignments  

Should be a graduate and good scorer through out the academics
Skill Set 
Should possess very good communication skills, tele-sales, computer savvy.
