The Role

The role is for a 'Vice President -Finance' and could be based in a number of locations across the UAE / India (Mumbai). The position will hold P & L responsibility for 6 product lines and indirectly manage a headcount of 250+.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the sales and operational function in pursuit and closure of approved opportunities across the region. Increasing annual sales volume, including Executive sales leadership and responsible for winning multi-million dollar contracts. Of course, relationship management of existing clients and developing new client contacts are key as well as developing regional marketing analyses, communication plans and regional sales strategies.

Key initiatives will be on relationship development, information sharing, and brand enhancement internally within the organization and externally to customers and the industry. Will develop strategy and manage to sales plans, campaigns and events to enhance market share and effective product line saturation. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenue opportunity, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the Corporate Account team. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

* Manage a P & L responsibility for multiple product lines.

* Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

* Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

* Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.

* Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.

* Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales focus and collaboration with the BUs that 
   are fundamentally accountable for revenue realization.

* Coaches the Corporate Account Managers to develop brand through trade shows, 
   networking events, customer councils and regulatory agencies to promote product lines and 
   international market development.

* Leads the development of customer identification, development, penetration and sustainment 
   with top targeted customers domestically and internationally.

* Coordinates communication and partnerships between Corporate Accounts and SESI 
  divisions and subsidiaries to foster complimentary channels for growth.

* Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

* Prepares periodic accounts report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of       
   proposed client base expansion.

* Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.

* Ensures full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant 
  company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.

Minimum Requirements 

* Minimum of 15 years operational and technical experience, with and Oilfield Service 

* Proven leadership experience developing strategy for increased internal and external 
  customer engagement.

* Understanding of land and offshore oilfield services across multiples services lines.

* International sales and/or account management experience is preferred.

* Ability to initiate and drive change, information sharing, and partnership across levels of an     

* Budgeting and understanding financial statements.

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
