The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing HR strategic and operational objectives for the business and provides guidance, advice and execution support for a broad array of employee topics. This leader will report directly into the CEO of Our Leadership Stage India 's MNC Fitness Product Client Company and serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong business acumen as well as functional knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that will attract, develop and retain the breadth of talent necessary to drive Our Leadership Stage India MNC Fitness Product Company Client future business success.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall business strategy and plans with focus on the most effective way for the company to invest in and benefit from its talent.
  • Responsible for advancing the company’s culture and be a resource to each of the other members of the senior leadership team.
  • Work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to support the business.
  • Provide coaching and expert HR advice to business leaders and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders globally to drive business results by actively engaging in the development and execution of business strategies, defining, aligning and executing integrated people strategies.
  • Develop and integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into business plan to ensure an inclusive approach to employees, customers, consumers and partners.
  • Create and execute a life cycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, talent acquisition, on-boarding, development, performance management, career / succession planning, talent movement and retention to fuel current and future business growth.
  • Lead organization design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support critical evolution of the business and achieve desired business results that are sustainable over time.


  • 15+ years’ related experience in Human Resources in a global organization.
  • Experience working as part of an executive leadership team preferred.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communications, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others and to manage in a matrix environment.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels.
  • Performance driven / Focus on results.
  • Sets high standards; delivers promised results; makes timely decisions with sound judgment.
  • Meets challenging goals and timelines; quickly changes plans when data or actions require it.
  • Team builder that fosters collaborative relationships and innovation.
  • Ability to foster and encourage diversity of thought and perspective.
  • Comprehensive HR expertise including a clear understanding of the link between HR and the company business strategy.
